Description

Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor safety protocols on-site to ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
• Support the Superintendent in managing project documentation and reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality expectations.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays in the construction process.
• Collaborate with the project team to improve efficiency and optimize resources.
• Maintain effective communication with all team members and stakeholders.

Profile

Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily Construction - Successful Candidate:

• 3-5+ years in Assistant Superintendent position
• Experience in Ground Up Multifamily or large scale projects
• A background in construction management or a related field.
• Knowledge of property development processes and best practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage on-site activities effectively.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
