Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Projects

Description
- Effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors through both written and verbal channels to make sure expectations are met and challenges are taken care of promptly.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and a proactive approach to solving problems.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with a working knowledge of scheduling software.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, materials, sequencing, and documentation, including requisitions and change orders.
- Supports early-stage project planning through conceptual estimating, budgeting, and pricing as needed.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or a comparable mix of education and hands-on training.
- Strong ability to interpret construction documents, technical specifications, and regulatory guidelines, with confidence, presenting to stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings excellent organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with project management tools like Procore, scheduling software, and job costing systems.
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor is a plus.
- Demonstrates practical problem-solving skills and can follow instructions delivered in various formats-written, verbal, or visual.
- Flexible and resourceful, with a proactive mindset toward overcoming challenges.
- Familiarity with project accounting is an added advantage.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $110,000, depending on level of experience.
