Description

The Operations Manager will report into the Plant Manager and be responsible for:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee daily manufacturing and engineering operations to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and support teams to achieve operational objectives effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline processes.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Improve efficiency through optimized scheduling and reporting.
• Monitor and reduce scrap, repair rates, and non-conformance costs.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MBA
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of Lean principles and production systems.
• Excellent communication and team alignment skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Experience with ERP systems and production data analysis.
