Mycon - Project Manager

We are representing a well-established, reputable commercial general contractor with an immediate need for an experienced Project Manager to join their team to lead Walmark and Sams Club projects.

Description

• Manage all phases of Walmart and Sam's Club ground-up and remodel projects

• Lead project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

• Maintain quality standards and site safety compliance

• Build strong relationships with client representatives and internal teams

Profile

• Experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor

• Proven experience delivering big-box retail projects (Walmart/Sam's Club experience strongly preferred)

• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and project financials

• Ability to travel as required for project oversight

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
