Description

• Manage all aspects of assigned commercial projects from planning through completion
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and quality control
• Partner closely with preconstruction and field teams to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring exceptional communication and satisfaction
• Drive a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability on every project

Profile

• Experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Offer

• Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 (DOE)
