Description

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on project goals.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution.
  • Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project processes.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • 3+ Years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
