Senior Project Manager - Wastewater/ Commercial - Halifax, MA - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale commercial construction projects, focusing on water/wastewater and public space work.
• Mentor and oversee a team of Project Managers, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and vendor relations.
• Ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Profile

Senior Project Manager - Wastewater/ Commercial - Halifax, MA - Will have

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on water/wastewater, ground-up construction, or public space projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a willingness to mentor and develop staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
