Description
In this role, you will play a key part in managing projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities as Assistant Project Manager - General Contractor - Charlotte will include:
- Coordinating and managing project resources to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Overseeing personnel development and team performance.
- Communicating expectations and providing coaching.
- Conducting regular meetings to track project progress.
- Identifying and solving problems that arise during projects.
- Collaborating with the pre-construction team on project development.
- Managing budget and financial reporting.
Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is ready to contribute and grow. The ideal Assistant Project Manager - General Contractor - Charlotte will have:
