Assistant Project Manager - NYC
This is an opportunity to join a top-tier commercial interiors firm as an Assistant Project Manager, supporting the delivery of high-end office, retail, and hospitality spaces in NYC. You'll work alongside experienced PMs to manage documentation, coordinate vendors, track budgets, and help ensure seamless project execution.

A respected and fast-growing general contractor specializing in high-end commercial interiors throughout New York City. The firm is known for delivering precision-driven projects with tight timelines and maintaining long-term client relationships across the real estate, tech, and hospitality sectors.
Description
Assist in preconstruction, budgeting, and bid processes
Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
Maintain project schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Support on-site operations through site visits and reporting
Communicate progress and issues with clients and internal teams
Profile
3-5 years of APM experience in NYC commercial interiors
Familiar with construction documentation and project workflows
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy with experience using Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into a lead PM role
