Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
• Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise during the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, schedules, and project documentation.
• Lead and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a productive work environment.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities where possible.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Profile

A successful Heavy Civil Superintendent should have:
