Healthcare Superintendent - Ground-Up & Interior Buildouts
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent with a proven track record in both ground-up construction and interior buildouts. This is a high-impact leadership role with a top-tier general contractor in Miami, overseeing complex healthcare projects from start to finish.

Their Miami office is growing rapidly, with a healthy pipeline of major healthcare projects and a collaborative, team-driven culture.
Description
Oversee daily field operations for ground-up and interior buildout healthcare projects
Lead subcontractor coordination, schedule enforcement, and quality control
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and healthcare construction regulations
Collaborate with project managers, owners, and design teams to drive timelines and resolve field issues
Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
Mentor and lead field teams to uphold high performance standards
Profile
7+ years of superintendent experience, with a strong focus on healthcare construction
Proven expertise in both ground-up construction and complex interior buildouts
Familiarity with AHCA requirements and infection control protocols
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
OSHA 30 certification required; additional healthcare-related credentials are a plus
