Our client is seeking a Project Manager with at least 5+ years of experience in construction management. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in overseeing complex renovation projects and has experience with some ground-up construction.

Our client is a reputable construction company that handles a wide range of projects across the Northshore, Southern NH, and surrounding areas, with a focus on renovations, interior work, and select ground-up construction. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team and manage a variety of projects while helping streamline their operations with modern technology.
Description
Project Manager - Interiors and Ground Up - Beverly, MA - Responsibilities
- Oversee a variety of construction projects, primarily focused on renovations but with some ground-up projects.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Ensure project compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving issues as they arise.
- Utilize construction management software and tools to track project progress, budget, and schedules (experience with Procore, P6, BIM/VDC is a plus but not required).
