This role will be instrumental in optimizing how the company converts digital engagement into qualified opportunities across multiple markets.

Description

  • Design and optimize website structure, navigation, and user journeys across products, regions, and customer segments
  • Build and manage high-performing landing pages to support campaigns, content, and product initiatives
  • Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across key digital touchpoints
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Increase conversion rates across website, landing pages, and inbound channels
  • Partner with marketing, content, and sales teams to align messaging and conversion strategy
  • Ensure seamless integration between website, CRM, and marketing automation systems
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks to continuously improve performance
  • Support global growth initiatives by optimizing digital experiences across regions

Profile

A successful Website & Conversion Optimization Manager should have:

  • 3-6 years of experience in website optimization, growth, or CRO roles within a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Strong understanding of user behavior, funnel design, and conversion strategies
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages for performance and engagement
  • Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable improvements
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation integrations
  • Experience with no-code tools or basic front-end capabilities is a plus
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement
