Description

The Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager are:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100).
• Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and train a quality control team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership to integrate quality throughout the process.
• Ensure NADCAP compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations.

Profile

The Successful Quality Manager will:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100, and NADCAP training.
• Strong ability to work directly with customers and resolve quality concerns.
• Plating experience highly preferred.
