Project Manager - Higher Ed - New Haven, CT
Our client is hiring for either a Senior Assistant Project Manager or Junior-Mid Level Project Manager based on experience. The ideal candidate will bring between 4-12 years of relevant experience, and will be involved in project controls, financial management, and execution across a range of projects. As part of the team working directly with Yale University, this role will be pivotal in driving project success on-site in New Haven.

Description
Project Manager - Higher Ed - New Haven, CT - Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Oversee project controls, financials, and cost tracking.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and communication to project teams and clients.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and deliverables.
- Use Procore and MS Office tools for project management and reporting.
- Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders, ensuring projects meet scope, time, and budget requirements.
- Support and report to the APM or Sr PM throughout the lifecycle of the project.
