Senior Estimator

The firm is seeking an experienced construction professional with a solid background in mixed‑use and diverse project types. This role requires managing full‑cycle project delivery within an integrated Design/Build environment-overseeing work from initial concept through construction completion.

Description

• Lead and manage mixed‑use, commercial, industrial, and multi‑family projects across all phases.
• Coordinate design development, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor engagement, and on‑site activities.
• Uphold the company's standards for quality, transparent communication, and client satisfaction throughout each project.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vetted subcontractor partners to deliver cost‑effective, timely, and high‑quality facilities.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive updates, clear expectations, and problem‑solving.

Profile

A successful Senior Estimator should have:

• 5-10 years of construction or project management experience.
• Proven experience with mixed‑use or a variety of project types (commercial, industrial, multi‑family, institutional, etc.).
• Prior exposure to a Design/Build project delivery model preferred.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, cost management, construction processes, and subcontractor oversight.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
