The Senior Project Manager - Great Mentoring Opportunity - Columbia will be responsible for:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple commercial projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall financial performance
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Manage and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and support staff
- Drive risk management, cost control, and change management processes
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Provide regular project reporting to executive leadership
Profile
The Senior Project Manager - Great Mentoring Opportunity - Columbia should have:
- 8+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven background with a general contractor (ground-up preferred)
- Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management expertise
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
- Experience with projects such as healthcare, education, industrial, or mixed-use is a plus
