As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the company's financial stability and growth. You will collaborate with senior leadership to optimize financial performance, manage budgets, and drive key financial decisions.

Description

  • Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial plansAnalyze financial data and performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and offer solutions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.
  • Manage internal and external audit processes, ensuring proper controls are in place.
  • Partner with department heads and senior leadership to drive business strategy and decision-making.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, business acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Provide financial leadership in mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Develop talent within the finance team, ensuring skill development and career growth opportunities.
  • Manage performance and provide guidance on financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity for operational needs.
  • Oversee risk management strategies, identifying financial risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions and external partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead financial strategies that support business goals.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial modeling, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
