Description
- Project Planning: Lead feasibility studies, define project scope, and develop preconstruction strategies and schedules.
- Estimating & Budgeting: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and schedules; manage preconstruction budgets and value engineering.
- Bid Management: Oversee bid solicitations, evaluate proposals, and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Design Collaboration: Partner with architects and engineers to optimize designs for constructability and cost-efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Client Relations: Present proposals and maintain strong relationships.
- Process Improvement: Leverage technology and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
Profile
- 8+ years experience with a general contractor (can include a mix of project estimation, project management, and/or field experience)
- Previous experience with design build projects
- 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study highly desired, though not required
- Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
- Possess the team's values of integrity, humility, and self-improvement
- Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: REVIT, 3D Models, AutoDesk, Onscreen Takeoff
Job Offer
- Base salary 120K - 160K
- Lucrative bonus potential
