Description
Construction Project Manager - Manufacturing Projects - Quincy MA will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage $10M+ commercial design-build projects from start to finish.
- Lead project teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success.
- Utilize Procore for project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contracts, and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Drive problem-solving and decision-making to keep projects moving forward.
Profile
Construction Project Manager - Manufacturing Projects - Quincy MA Will Have:
- 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with a track record of leading projects from start to finish.
- Experience managing $10M+ projects in food & beverage, industrial, or large-scale commercial sectors.
- Design-build experience highly preferred, with a strong understanding of engineering, planning, and execution.
- Proficiency in Procore and other project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality.
