Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will join the investment operations team. This individual will work closely with portfolio managers, traders, and internal stakeholders to support the day-to-day operational activities across a range of investment strategies.

• Accurately capture and settle trades across asset classes
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations; investigate and resolve breaks with custodians and administrators
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain documentation of workflows and processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems or tools to enhance operations.
• Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

Profile

A successful Operations Analyst should have:

• 3+ years of fixed income operations experience
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
