Description

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing and coordinating all manufacturing operations to meet production and quality goals.
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs while maintaining high safety standards.
• Monitoring production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize processes and integrate new technologies.
• Overseeing the maintenance of equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Leading and mentoring a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Analyzing performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for upper management.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Manager should have:

• A strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience.
