Construction Project Manager - Interiors / TI
This Project Manager will lead interior commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role offers real ownership, close leadership access, and exposure across multiple project types.

A privately owned commercial general contractor experiencing steady growth across South Florida. The firm delivers interior and select ground-up projects for office, retail, and medical clients, with a hands-on leadership team and lean project delivery model.
Description
* Manage interior construction projects from kickoff to closeout
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and documentation
* Partner with estimating during preconstruction and buyout
* Lead client communication and progress reporting
* Ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance on site
Profile
* 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
* Background in interior renovation and tenant improvement projects
* Experience working with small to mid-sized general contractors
* Strong scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management skills
* Clear communicator with a hands-on, accountable approach
Job Offer
