Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for leading all daily manufacturing activities to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role oversees production associates and supervisors while maintaining close involvement on the floor to support training, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.

• Lead and develop a production team and su
• Own daily production schedules, labor planning, and throughput targets
• Drive SOP adherence, training programs, and quality checks
• Identify root causes of quality or equipment issues and implement fixes
• Partner with QA, R&D, and Operations to support growth and new products
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

Profile

• Production leadership experience in GMP manufacturing
• Background in food & beverage, cosmetics, or wellness manufacturing
• Hands-on leadership style with strong people management skills
• Experience with SOPs, quality systems, and production KPIs
