Superintendent
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role is critical in maintaining quality control, managing subcontractors, and driving efficient project execution.

Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, and subcontractor work.
- Monitor quality control and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- OSHA certification preferred.
