Description

The Director of Operations will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic oversight for the entire operation including overseeing warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and account support functions.
• Developing and executing operational strategies tied to growth and profitability.
• Leveraging ERP data to improve efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Leading and mentoring high-performing teams across operations.

Profile

A successful Director of Operations should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in distribution or industrial operations, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to oversee warehouse and purchasing functions, delivering measurable improvements in KPIs and cost efficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP platforms (preferably Infor SX.e or CloudSuite) and expertise in leveraging data for strategic decisions.
• Outstanding leadership, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Track record of developing, implementing, and monitoring department-wide KPIs.
• Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and cultivating high-performing teams within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
