• Coordinate with preconstruction, field teams, subcontractors, and clients

• Manage project budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and project stakeholders

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Multifamily San Diego

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor

• Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily building and construction

• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project or similar platforms

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
