Glass Industry - Facilities Engineer - Oxford, MA
The Facilities Engineer will manage properties and manufacturing equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role involves optimizing operations, leading upgrades, and supporting Industry initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage facility operations with an engineering approach, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Supervise maintenance activities, budget control, and capital project execution.
- Assess and optimize the performance of manufacturing equipment.
- Lead initiatives related to space management, infrastructure, and environmental health and safety (EHS) programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and oversee security operations.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities or manufacturing settings.
- Extensive expertise in facility and equipment management, project planning, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practical experience with maintenance tasks.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, practical approach.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
