Asset Manager
The LIHTC Asset Manager will oversee the performance and compliance of a portfolio of low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties. This role requires expertise in property management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance to ensure the success of assigned assets.

Description
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of LIHTC properties within the portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and other applicable housing regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess property conditions and operations.
- Collaborate with property management teams to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed asset performance reports to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance portfolio performance.

Profile
A successful LIHTC Asset Manager should have:
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance requirements.
