Description
Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of the project, from planning to closeout
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project performance
Coordinate communication between subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
Help manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and compliance in collaboration with the field team
Profile
Experience supporting complex construction projects in Florida across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and federal sectors
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule
Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
Job Offer
- A competitive base salary range of around $80,000 to $155,000 yearly, depending on experience.
