Description

• • Support the Project Manager throughout all phases of the project, from planning to closeout

  • Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project performance

  • Coordinate communication between subcontractors, clients, and internal teams

  • Help manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and compliance in collaboration with the field team

Profile

• Experience supporting complex construction projects in Florida across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and federal sectors

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule

• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and contract administration

Job Offer

• A competitive base salary range of around $80,000 to $155,000 yearly, depending on experience.
