This role leads all active customer programs while serving as the operational site leader for a high‑mix manufacturing facility. It blends program management, compliance oversight, and hands‑on leadership to improve execution, structure, and delivery performance.

Description

This Manufacturing Site Leader will be:

• Overseeing multiple active aerospace and defense programs
• Leading day‑to‑day site operations and floor execution
• Aligning operations, engineering, supply chain, and HQ teams
• Strengthening ITAR, quality, and documentation compliance
• Improving production scheduling and delivery performance
• Driving structure, discipline, and repeatable processes
• Maintaining strong visibility and engagement on the floor
• Supporting workforce stability and culture rebuilding

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Site Leader will have:

• Program management experience in regulated manufacturing
• Strong operational and production partnership experience
• Spanish language fluency strongly preferred
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high‑reliability markets
• Hands‑on leadership style with floor presence
• Familiarity with quality systems and compliance standards
• Technical or engineering degree preferred
