Design Build/ Tilt Wall Project Manager
Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in design-build and tilt-up (tilt wall) construction.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a results-driven Construction Project Manager with expertise in design-build delivery and tilt-up construction to join our dynamic team.
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong emphasis on design-build and tilt-wall construction methods.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, maintaining strong communication and client satisfaction.
Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
Proven experience with design-build delivery models and tilt-up (tilt wall) construction is required.
Strong knowledge of construction documents, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and project management tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA certification and PMP or equivalent credentials are a plus.
