We're looking for an inquisitive and detail-oriented Audit Analyst to play a crucial role in our financial services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough audits, identifying inaccuracies, and providing solutions to improve financial efficiency.

Description
- Conduct detailed audits of financial records and transactions
- Identify and report any financial inaccuracies or discrepancies
- Provide solutions to improve financial efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with accounting & finance department to streamline procedures
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial policies, regulations, and trends
- Assist in the development of audit plans and risk assessments
- Contribute to a culture of integrity and accountability

Profile
A successful 'Audit Analyst' should have:
- 1-3 years of internal audit experience
- Experience in one of the following areas: retail banking, alpha regulations, corporate treasury, IRBB, liquidity risk or ALM
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent understanding of auditing principles and financial regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and databases
- Effective communication and presentation skills
