Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Randolph, MA
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the SPM in ensuring successful project delivery across a secure pipeline of work.

The client is a well-established and highly respected general contracting firm with over 20 years in business. They have a proven track record of delivering both new construction and renovation projects across a variety of sectors, including multifamily, historical, affordable housing, and commercial. The company has completed over $2 billion worth of work and is ranked among the top contractors in Massachusetts and Florida. Known for their strong commitment to quality and safety, they have a dedicated team of over 100 employees and maintain a secure pipeline of projects. They operate primarily in Greater Boston but also have a presence in Florida and Texas.
Description
Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Randolph, MA - Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of construction projects.
- Work closely with the PM or SPM to monitor and track project progress.
- Manage communication between project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Help with scheduling, budgeting, and procurement as needed.
- Ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Utilize Procore to track and update project documentation and reporting.

Job Offer
Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Randolph, MA - Will receive
- Base Salary: $85K - $110K, based on experience.
