Project Manager - Commercial Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex vertical construction projects across the Southern New Jersey market, with a heavy emphasis on the gaming and hospitality sectors. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initial buyout and scheduling through to final closeout, ensuring live environment renovations are executed without disrupting client operations.

Description

• Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee all phases of construction, including pre-construction, budgeting, procurement, and field operations.
• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage high-performing teams and specialty trade partners to ensure adherence to rigorous fast-track schedules.
• Financial Oversight: Drive project profitability through meticulous cost tracking, change order management, and monthly pencil draws.
• Safety & Quality Control: Implement industry-leading safety standards and ensure all work meets luxury-grade hospitality finish requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for sophisticated owners, architects, and facilities managers within live casino environments.

Profile

• 5-12 years of experience in vertical commercial construction, specifically within the New Jersey market.
• Success in this role requires a calm demeanor under the pressure of tight deadlines and the ability to navigate the logistical complexities of working in active, occupied spaces.
• A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred or 10+ years of commercial carpentry experience
