Description

Superintendent - Leading Commercial GC - Greenville will be responsible for:

• Meeting weekly and communicating daily with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries. Manage the site through completion.
• Proactively identifying design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues.
• Gaining a thorough understanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts, the drawings, and specifications.
• Enforcing safety protocols to ensure the job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation throughout the project, including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lists.
• Communicating daily with owners, tenant representatives, construction managers, superintendents, and project coordinators to ensure progress toward common goals.

Profile

Superintendent - Leading Commercial GC - Greenville should have:

• 5 to 10 years of Superintendent experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent on leading commercial projects - $10M to $50M.
• Experience in education, healthcare, and light-industrial projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
