Multifamily Project Manager
The client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage the construction of ground-up wood frame multifamily residential projects.

The client is a well-established developer specializing in ground-up wood frame multifamily construction projects. They are known for delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely construction solutions. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join the team in Central New Jersey.
Description
- Lead and manage all aspects of the construction project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, including coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Develop, track, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, design teams, and field operations.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety protocols.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, and progress reports.
- Manage project budgets, tracking costs, and controlling expenses to ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project flow.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing ground-up wood frame multifamily construction projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of cost estimation and budgeting techniques.
