Description
Assist Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination.
Track schedules, budgets, RFIs, and submittals.
Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Support procurement and material tracking.
Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Profile
The ideal Assistant Project Manager is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow into a leadership role. They thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. With strong communication skills and a solid foundation in construction practices, this candidate is committed to delivering excellence on every project.
2-4 years of construction/project coordination experience.
Commercial interiors experience preferred.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
