Description

  • Assist Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination.

  • Track schedules, budgets, RFIs, and submittals.

  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.

  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients.

  • Support procurement and material tracking.

  • Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Profile

The ideal Assistant Project Manager is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow into a leadership role.   • 2-4 years of construction/project coordination experience.

  • Commercial interiors experience preferred.

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
