Client Details

A premier General Contractor specializing in Custom Luxury Homes across the Palm Beach County area, is seeking a Project Manager/Estimator to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and price high-end residential projects from inception to completion while delivering unparalleled quality and client satisfaction. As a Project Manager/Estimator, you will be responsible for both pre-construction estimating and project management of custom luxury home builds.

Description

• Develop detailed, accurate project estimates and budgets for custom luxury home
• Lead and manage the entire construction process, ensuring project milestones are met
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, change orders, and procurement strategies
• Oversee project financials, schedules, and quality assurance
• Provide on-site supervision and support when needed to ensure seamless execution

Profile

• Proven experience managing and estimating custom luxury home projects in the West Palm Beach, FL.
• In-depth knowledge of high-end residential construction methods, materials, and subcontractor relationships
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on client service and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus

Job Offer
