Controls Engineer - Industrial - Concord, NH
The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems to ensure efficient operations. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively within the engineering and manufacturing department.

Description
The Controls Engineer will be responsible for:
- Designing and developing control systems for engineering and manufacturing operations.
- Programming and maintaining PLC and HMI systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Preparing technical documentation and reports for control systems.
- Providing technical support and training to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Working on continuous improvement projects to optimize operational processes.

Profile
A successful Controls Engineer should have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with PLC and HMI programming.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in controls and automation engineering.
- Strong experience with electrical panel manufacturing and design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of control system design and implementation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
