Description
- Build, refine, and manage Workday reports to support cost allocation and people data insights
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Systems teams to ensure accurate tracking of employee compensation and departmental spend
- Support configuration changes in Workday related to cost centers and allocations
- Assist in streamlining data processes and improving system efficiency
- Triage and resolve system issues or data discrepancies
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver clean, reliable data for strategic decision-making
- Pitch in on Workday admin projects and broader HR systems initiatives as needed
Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a data, analytics, HRIS, or operations role
- Hands-on experience with Workday - Benefits Module
- Strong Excel skills and a solid understanding of data structures
- Systems-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and process improvement
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a close-knit, fast-paced team
