Description
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing daily operations in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Driving performance improvement and business process optimization.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals.
Profile
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in an operations leadership position within manufacturing.
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the Business Services industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent understanding of business operations and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of $150,000 - $190,000, commensurate with experience.
