You'll oversee and lead estimates for projects ranging from $2M-$20M, ensuring bid accuracy, scope coverage, and competitive pricing. Your expertise will play a key role in pursuing work across diverse markets, including public infrastructure, retail, and automotive.

Description

• Act as the bid captain on larger projects, overseeing the entire estimating process.
• Prepare, review, and manage detailed cost estimates, ensuring proper subcontractor coverage.
• Understand project specifications and requirements, such as specialized scopes (e.g., bulletproof glass for jails).
• Collaborate with the preconstruction team to ensure accurate bids.
• Sign off on final bid submissions to ensure completeness and competitiveness.
• Pursue national opportunities as the company expands its reach.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience in estimating, with demonstrated ability to manage complex bids.
• Proficient in interpreting project specifications and managing subcontractor relationships.
• Experience in public work, industrial, or multifamily projects is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of national bidding processes is beneficial.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in communication.
