Superintendent - country club & high end commercial/residential

They are known for strong client relationships, a high percentage of negotiated work, and a collaborative approach with subcontractors. With a growing pipeline of country club projects, they are expanding their field leadership team while maintaining a tight geographic focus and strong company culture.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations from project start through completion

• Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence

• Enforce job site safety standards and maintain a professional work environment

• Monitor progress, identify issues early, and proactively prevent delays

• Coordinate inspections, sequencing, and critical path activities

• Review construction drawings and specifications across multiple scopes

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project teams and clients

Profile

• Experience as a Superintendent on country club, high-end commercial, hospitality, or luxury residential projects

• Strong tenure and interest in long-term employment

• Flexible experience across different project types

• Ability to manage complex schedules, trades, and client expectations

• Strong communication skills and leadership presence on site

• Palm Beach County project experience preferred

Job Offer

• Base salary $120K-$150K, depending on experience

• Health insurance with low weekly employee contribution and HSA funding
