Description

• Spearhead Safety initiatives across the facility, with a goal of reducing accident potential
• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing and engineering department
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
• Manage site budgets, maintaining close attention to costs in all departments
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and warehouse employees
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve company objectives
• Prepare and present operational reports to executive management
• Identify and manage operational risks and opportunities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the department

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• Experience managing full manufacturing facility operations
• Proven ability to drive improvements to Quality, Production Efficiency, Safety, & Employee Performance
• Track record managing facility budgets and reducing overall costs
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and firing
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Job Offer

• Base salary range $130,000 - $150,000 depending on level of experience
• Annual bonus incentive of 15% based on personal metrics
