Project Manager- Ground Up Mixed Use Project
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up mixed-use construction projects in the heart of Miami. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing multifamily developments that include integrated parking garages and retail space.

Our client is a reputable and growing general contractor based in South Florida, known for delivering high-quality urban construction projects on time and within budget. With a strong pipeline of work, including multifamily developments and commercial spaces, they focus on innovation, collaboration, and long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors alike.
Description
Oversee all phases of ground-up construction for mixed-use developments, from pre-construction to closeout
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers to ensure design intent and quality standards are met
Lead on-site project teams and conduct regular progress meetings
Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes and safety regulations
Prepare and submit regular project reports to executive leadership and ownership
Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projects, preferably in mixed-use or multifamily sectors
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling tools
Proven experience managing projects with integrated parking garages and/or retail components
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
