An established general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of an $80M garden-style multifamily development in Davie, Florida. This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in large-scale residential projects.

Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they've built a strong presence in the South Florida market and are continuing to expand with a strong pipeline of projects. This particular project represents one of their largest ground-up residential developments to date.

Description

• Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle for an $80M garden-style apartment complex from preconstruction through final turnover.

• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.

• Collaborate closely with ownership, design teams, and field staff to maintain project milestones and deliverables.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, contract terms, and company standards.

• Provide regular progress reporting and proactively resolve construction challenges as they arise.

• Lead and mentor junior project management and field staff as part of a growing team.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in ground-up construction, with a strong track record in multifamily or large-scale residential projects.

• Proven success managing projects valued at $50M+ as lead PM.

• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling software, and cost control.

• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

• Local South Florida experience is highly desirable.
