Senior Project Manager- Garden Style Apartments
An established general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of an $80M garden-style multifamily development in Davie, Florida. This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned leader with a strong background in large-scale residential projects.

Our client is a reputable and well-capitalized general contractor with decades of experience building high-quality multifamily and commercial developments across Florida. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they've built a strong presence in the South Florida market and are continuing to expand with a strong pipeline of projects. This particular project represents one of their largest ground-up residential developments to date.
Description
Lead all aspects of the project lifecycle for an $80M garden-style apartment complex from preconstruction through final turnover.
Oversee scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
Collaborate closely with ownership, design teams, and field staff to maintain project milestones and deliverables.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, contract terms, and company standards.
Provide regular progress reporting and proactively resolve construction challenges as they arise.
Lead and mentor junior project management and field staff as part of a growing team.
Profile
10+ years of experience in ground-up construction, with a strong track record in multifamily or large-scale residential projects.
Proven success managing projects valued at $50M+ as lead PM.
Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling software, and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
Local South Florida experience is highly desirable.
