We are seeking a Management Company Assistant Controller with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal fit will have had experience working for a fund in a management company capacity.

Description

• Oversee the company's management accounting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial analysis and forecast activities.
• Collaborate with other teams to optimize financial processes.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Manage and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Coordinate audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Profile

A successful 'Management Company Assistant Controller' should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• CPA designation a plus
• Proficient knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the business services industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
