Field Supervisor- Custom Homes

The Field Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities on high-end custom home projects throughout South Florida, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the on-site leader, coordinating trades, enforcing safety, and maintaining clear communication between the field and office teams.

Description

• Supervise all on-site construction activities for custom home projects from start through completion

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and inspections

• Ensure projects adhere to plans, specifications, schedules, and safety standards

• Maintain daily site reports, schedules, and quality control checklists

• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to avoid delays or cost overruns

• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and ownership

Profile

• Proven experience supervising custom home construction projects in South Florida

• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and local building codes

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage multiple trades on active job sites

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients
