Custom Home Construction - Superintendent

This role leads on‑site execution for luxury custom homes on Palm Beach Island. You will own daily field operations, finishes, and quality from ground‑up through turnover.

* Lead daily on‑site construction activities

* Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and manpower

* Oversee ground‑up construction and finishes

* Enforce safety, quality, and schedule standards

* Coordinate inspections and punch‑list completion

Profile

* 5+ years of high‑end residential experience

* Ground‑up custom home background

* Strong finishes and detail execution skills

* Palm Beach experience preferred

* Hands‑on field leadership style

Job Offer

Salary range: $140,000-$180,000 base
